By using Banker, you agree to these terms and the applicable App Store rules.

Purpose of the app

Banker is a tool for organizing and viewing personal finances. It does not provide personalized financial, tax, legal, accounting or investment advice.

Accuracy of information

Calculations, projections, prices, currency conversions, loan simulations and summaries are provided for information. You are responsible for checking the figures before making decisions or submitting any filing.

Investments and brokers

Banker does not accept trading orders or transfer funds. Broker connections are read-only. Past performance and projections do not guarantee future results.

Availability

Some features depend on iCloud, Apple Intelligence, internet access or third-party services. They may be temporarily unavailable, changed or discontinued; uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Subscriptions and purchases

Banker Plus offers monthly or annual individual and family subscriptions. The App Store displays the applicable price and period before confirmation. Apple manages payment, automatic renewal, cancellation, Family Sharing and purchase restoration according to your Apple Account settings.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of your device, Apple Account and backups, and for the accuracy of information you enter or import.

Intellectual property

The app, website, design, text and code are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. No right to copy, redistribute or commercially exploit them is granted beyond normal use of the app.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the app or applicable law. The update date appears at the top of this page.
