How can we help?

Read the answers below or contact support directly. Include your device model, iOS version, and Banker version, without attaching sensitive financial data.

iCloud sync is not working

Check your network connection, Apple Account, iCloud Drive, and Banker’s iCloud permission. A first sync or newly accepted share may take a few minutes.

I cannot see shared data

Accept the invitation with the expected Apple Account, then relaunch the app on both devices. In Banker, explicitly select the relevant household and confirm your member identity when prompted.

Investment quotes or balances do not update

Quotes depend on external providers. Check your connection and try again. Native connectors support Trading 212 and Binance; other platforms can be tracked manually or through supported imports. Use an API key limited to reading. Binance rejects write permissions; for Trading 212, check permissions in the broker’s settings. Credentials sync between your approved devices through iCloud Keychain, rather than between household members’ Apple Accounts.

The AI assistant is unavailable

The assistant is included in Banker Plus. Natural-language chat requires iOS or iPadOS 26 or later and an Apple Intelligence-compatible device. Check that the on-device model is available and the assistant is enabled in Banker. Language and region can affect availability. Without AI, the assistant’s quick actions still work, including the month summary and category checks. Budgeting and standard calculations remain available; advanced insights still require Plus.

I cannot find bank synchronization

FinanceKit appears only when eligible financial data is available on the iPhone. The connection, included in Banker Plus, covers selected Wallet accounts in the United States and United Kingdom; it does not connect every bank or country. The current version synchronizes while Banker is open. After authorization, review transactions and approve the ones that should become budget expenses.

Set up automatic Apple Pay import

With Banker Plus, open Settings → Data → Bank import → Apple Pay automatic import. In Shortcuts, create a personal automation with the Transaction trigger, select Run Immediately and add Banker’s “Import purchase” action. Map Amount to Shortcut Input and, where offered, the merchant and payment method. Only future purchases triggering this automation are imported; Wallet history is not read. Also select the receiving household and your identity in Banker.

Shared household or Family subscription?

Sharing an iCloud household is free and separate from Apple Family Sharing. Plus Individual covers one Apple Account. Plus Family shares the subscription through Apple Family Sharing. To restore Plus, open the Banker Plus page and use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account that purchased it.

Share an expense group

A group has its own iCloud share: inviting a participant does not automatically share your household budget. You can choose to link the group’s expenses to your budget. Recorded repayments are used for calculations; Banker does not transfer money.

How do I delete my data?

Delete items or the household from the app. Deletions synchronize through iCloud and are purged after a safety period. An exported backup stays under your control until you delete the file.

Report a bug

Describe the steps, expected result, and observed result. You may attach a screenshot after hiding names, amounts, API keys, and other private information.
